Our service is quite different to most general recruitment firms. We build and grow relationships with key people within the niche industries that we focus on. Clients including line management and key human resource specialists, will then approach us when they have a vacancy, or to discuss their plans for the forthcoming year. As preferred suppliers of many leading organisations worldwide we will often work exclusively on their niche recruitment within our focus. We will also work with other companies outside of their preferred supplier list on an ad-hoc basis, used as a specialist recruiter due to the fact that recruitment firms on their PSL do not have the industry knowledge and networks required to obtain high quality results within these niche markets. Recruiting managers will often ask us to work on such assignments on an exclusive basis enabling the project to be given high priority.
We have built strong relationships with many internal talent acquisition teams as they know they can rely on us to cover all potential avenues for candidates within a relatively short time period, and provide them with a shortlist of candidates who closely meet their requirements. Our clients don't have to spend time searching through profiles only to discover that they are not fit for the role. We always provide people of the highest calibre, who have been screened and interviewed extensively, providing you the best possible match.

We recruit both internal permanent specialists and contractors. Our standard terms are on a contingency basis. No placement – no fee. We produce the ideal candidates or you pay nothing. We can also work on a retained basis on higher-level headhunting assignments.
