Job Description As an ERP Senior Consultant, you'll actively establish, maintain and strengthen internal and external relationships. With guidance from partners, directors and senior managers, you'll identify potential business opportunities for the company. Drawing on your knowledge and experience, you'll create innovative commercial insights for clients, adapt methods and practices to fit operational team and cultural needs and contribute to thought leadership. Your responsibilities will include actively contributing to improving operational efficiency on IT Advisory projects and internal initiatives. In line with our commitment to quality, you'll also consistently drive projects to completion and determine that work is of high quality. You role in leading teams or parts of teams on engagements will depend on the size of engagement and will be under the responsibility of higher levels. They will look to you to anticipate and identify risks and escalate issues as appropriate. As an influential member of the team, you'll help to create a positive learning culture and will coach and counsel junior team members and help them to develop.
Client responsibilities
· Participate in and manage engagements
· Assist in managing the financial aspects of engagements by organizing staffing, tracking fees and communicating issues to project leaders
· Participate in business development initiatives
· Build strong internal relationships within Advisory and across other services
People responsibilities
· Develop people through effectively supervising, coaching, and mentoring staff
· Conduct performance reviews and contribute to performance feedback for staff
· Contribute to people initiatives including recruiting, retaining and training ITAS professionals
· Maintain an educational program to continually develop personal skills
· Understand and follow workplace policies and procedures
Technical skills requirements
You'll have knowledge and experience of a number of the following areas:
· SAP HR modules
· SAP Technology Sourcing
· Installation or supervision of SAP HR
· SAP systems integration, support and advise
· Knowledge of all leading ERP Systems
Additional requirements:
· MBA from premier university, preferably in HR. Basic degree in Engineering would be an advantage
· About 5-6 years experience in working with blue chip IT Consulting firms, preferably Big 4
· Strong Oracle / SAP HR implementation experience
· Experience in at least 3-4 full Oracle / SAP HR implementation cycles
· Experience in requirements gathering, developing to-be process documents, customizing/configuring the system, conducting CRPs, as well as user training and support
· Sound understanding of HR concepts, including organization structures, job descriptions, competency framework, compensation benchmarking, manpower planning, performance management etc. is preferred
· Ability to write well structured reports
· Very articulate and presentable. Strong English writing and speaking skills
· Experience in developing proposals, making client presentations, and business development
· Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in team-based environments
