AG1705A - IT Risk Manager

Infrastructure Technology Services owns and maintains the underlying global infrastructure platforms for Macquarie, supported by highly skilled, technical teams dispersed around the world. As a result of increased business activity, we’re looking to hire an Aligned Risk Manager (ARM) located in Manila.  This role will report directly into the ITS Global Risk Manager and will drive the risk improvement program across the Infrastructure Technology Services in Manila.

Core Responsibilities:

·    Represent the face of ITS Risk Management

·    Support ITS Manila in conducting risk assessments and planning risk mitigation strategies.

·    Support the ITS Line managers in the collation, analysis and reporting of key indicators to ITS Global Risk Manager

·    Promote and highlight good risk management behaviours to all levels within the team

·    Oversight of compliance with Operational Risk Self Assessment program by management

·    Drive mitigation activities to reduce risk and improve controls

·    Ensuring planned improvements are implemented

·    Formulate and monitor action plans

·    Run compliance assessments

·    Coordinate business and IT responses to internal and external audits

·    Provide context around any audit issues and track status on meeting audit points raised

·    Participate as required in RMG initiated improvement initiatives
