SE2005G - Public Sector Strategy Consultants, Senior Manager

Andersen Steinberg is a recruitment agency who specialise in Strategy Consulting and Corporate Strategy executive search. We work with a select number of the leading strategy consultancies, and also with some of the World’s leading corporations, Private Equity and Venture Capital providers.

One of our clients, the strategy arm of a Big 4 firm are developing their Public Sector Consulting practice in the Middle East, and they are keen to attract local experienced Senior Engagement Managers. 

Requirements:

·  Work as member on projects either to deliver specific scope, lead small team or the entire project with guidance from the directors and partners

·  Help in business development by working as a member in proposal development or lead the development of proposal under guidance of the directors and partners

· Help the firm acquire new business

 Qualifications:

· At least 11 years of experience; 6 of which are in Public Sector industry and 3 are focused on strategy

· Previous experience in the development of business strategy for a government entity or at a national level  

· Previous experience either as independent consultant or in a known consulting firm

· Participated in the development of performance metrics (framework) to measure the execution of a developed strategy (e.g. balance score card)· Managed or coordinated the execution of a strategy

· Experience and understanding of ICT industry and e-Government is a plus

· Experience in the Middle East / Arabic language is a plus

· Implementation for performance management for a government entity, portfolio management office, or office of strategy management is a plus

· Experience in developing e-government strategy at a national level or country-wide ICT strategy will be a plus

· Excellent presentation skills at CXO level

· Dynamic and proactive
