MM106 - Senior BCM

We are looking for a Senior BCM to work for a leading FS organization. Our client is looking for someone strong to drive compliance. You need to be able to make challenging conversations to the business departments, but at the same time who can command mutual respect from the business.

You will be leading a group of six, who each cover BCM compliance for a business division. The role holder will have the biggest division to cover and also responsible for the team members division and results.

We are looking for someone to energise the team, someone with solid BCM experience, with very strong strategic/leadership ability.

Skills & Key accountabilities

·          Responsible for delivering and influencing BCM assurance, including future strategy

·          Responsible for ensuring that BCM best practice is aligned with industry best practice and regulatory requirements and is promulgated and applied across the Group effectively

·          Responsible for ensuring Group and external risk management standards are adhered to

·          Lead the Business Partnering function, ensuring a fully effective BCM control framework across the Group

·          Deputise, as appropriate, for the Senior Manager, Oversight & Support.
