MM107 - Local Head of Business Continuity (BCM)

Andersen Steinberg are looking for a talented BCM to work for a leading Global Bank. The role is based in Paris and the ideal candidate would need good language skills of French & English.

Responsibilities:

·         To ensure the implementation of the banks standards throughout the location (subject to local business and regulatory requirements).  This will include ensuring that Business Impact Analyses, plan reviews and testing are conducted and evidenced in line with Good Practice Guidelines

·         To contribute to the initiatives, as agreed the Regional Head of BCM

·         To organise and manage the Local BCM Steering Committee

·         To convene and provide secretarial support to the Local BCM  Management Team

·         To ensure members of the Local BCM  Management Team are appropriately trained

·         To develop and maintain an up-to-date list of BCM and other emergency contacts in each operating unit across the location.

·         To ensure that all operating units have effective procedures for escalating Major Incidents to the appropriate Emergency Management Committee

·         To develop and maintain a good working relationship with the Regional or Local CTSO/COO, as appropriate

·         To develop and maintain a good working relationship with the Global and Regional Service Continuity Teams

·         To develop and maintain a good working relationship with the local Corporate Real Estate team
