ST2011A - Transaction Advisory Consultancy Team Building

Andersen Steinberg are currently recruiting for one of their clients, a Big 4 Consultancy to develop their Transaction Advisory team from Principal level through to Managers, Senior Consultants, Consultants and Analysts.

Ideal candidates will be Arabic speakers and have Big 4 experience.

Specialist knowledge and experience required is at least one of the following:

·         Mergers & Acquisitions

·         Transaction Support

·         Transaction Tax

·         Valuation and Business Modelling

·         Transaction Integration

·         Project Finance

·         Real Estate

·         Restructuring

·         Due Diligence

·         Feasibility

Additional Skill Set required:

·         Professional accountancy qualification

·         Strong academic record, including a degree

·         Excellent analytical and interpersonal abilities

·         Ability to work well autonomously and directing a team

·         Effective written and verbal communication

·         Strong client and relationship-building skills
