0712AG3 - BCM Sales Manager

Andersen Steinberg are currently recruiting a BCM Sales Manager for a leading outsourcing company. 

 The role will involve:-

• Working with the PM and BC Practice Engagement Managers following up sales leads and CRM activity to generate Consultancy sales.
• Liaising with the relevant internal consultants and Consulting engagements, opportunities and clients.
• Responsible for the Customer Contact System and forecasting for allocated consulting sales for the UK.
• Responsible for co-ordination of sales of all UK BC consulting engagements into new and existing accounts.
• Responsible for meeting overall UK and personal revenue, invoicing, and backlog targets for consulting described above.
• Participation in profile raising of the Consulting product portfolio through speaking/ attendance at industry related events, seminars, trade-shows etc

The ideal candidate will have:-

• ·         A level education or equivalent
• ·         Degree in a Business or technical discipline desirable
• ·         Member of Institute of Sales and Marketing Management (ISMM) desirable
• ·         Associate Member of Business Continuity Institute (BCI) desirable
• ·         Excellent demonstrable knowledge of consultancy sales
• ·         Good all round understanding of the business continuity and/or risk management sector
• ·         Awareness of current Business issues and drivers at senior level.
• ·         Good knowledge of current marketplace, products and players
• ·         Demonstrable successful sales experience
• ·         Excellent communication skills
• ·         Excellent ability to interpret customer requirements and articulate them clearly
• ·         People management skills
• ·         Self starter with attention to detail
• ·         Able to motivate and encourage others
• Good Sales and Management skills to assist Account Executive.
