SL1812B - Vice President IT Governance

This position is for a Vice President role in the Technology Governance Group that will be involved in developing a central point of coordination for all aspects of Technology’s interaction with Federal Regulators.  The ideal candidate is fluent in the Regulator Industry and able to leverage mature business judgment to balance Regulatory requirements with practice in determining the appropriate course of action.  The role will involve driving coordination, communication and education across Technology and relevant business units around Technology’s role in audits and exams.

Principal Responsibilities

§         Serve as the primary coordination point in technology to manage the Fed Review process

§         Develop and manage a streamlined process to support technology’s groups in responding to regulatory reviews

§         Maintain tracking of artifacts that are submitted and develop a system to allow groups to leverage past efforts

§         Participate in internal regulatory prep meetings and share key outcomes with technology

§         Work with Technology management to asses Technology’s role in upcoming reviews

Qualifications

§         JD or MBA or relevant regulatory interaction experience (5 years or more)

§         Financial Industry and Technology experience

§         Mature business judgment

§         Excellent verbal and written communication skills

§         Strong organizational and project management skills

§         Excellent interpersonal skills

§         Positive, motivated, and be able to work well with various groups by engaging them appropriately

§         Maturity to deal with senior technology audience

§         Familiarity and interest with regulatory needs and compliance efforts
