SL1812C - Data Center Migration Project Manager

·         Work with coordinators and various areas  across the company to gather and refine business requirements

·         Create business process analysis artifacts, including but not limited to use cases, activity diagrams, sequence diagrams, Business Object Model and vision scope documents

·         Provide guidance and coaching to project team and subordinate project and change management managers when applicable

·         Guide QA team in execution of test efforts

·         Manage project objectives and timelines, manage dashboards across the company,

·         Identify project risk/issues and prepare mitigation plans to ensure project objectives are met.

·         Conduct effective “post-mortem” reviews and harvest key areas of opportunity and adapt  processes to accommodate the changes

·         Provide status reports to senior technology management as well as project stakeholders

·         Conduct project meetings, and perform project tracking and analysis as necessary.

·         Assist in eliciting accurate and reliable estimates for delivery by introducing more formal estimation methods.

·         Build a database for the program, produce reports and maintain data

·         Build a dashboard to monitor the progress across the company
