Andersen Steinberg are currently recruiting for one of their clients, a leading strategy Consultancy, for a Partner or experienced Principal level consultant.

Person Specification

·         Consulting sector experience

·         Experience in strategy definition, development and process redesign

·         Ability to manage people and plan components of engagements along with ensuring deliverables meet work plan specifications and deadlines

·         Relevant Industry Expertise

·         A Bachelor’s degree in relevant subject plus preferably a Master’s degree

·         Experience in the local market

·         Language skills relevant to the local market

·         Interpersonal and strong written and communication skills

·         Independent self-starter

·         Advanced level of technical proficiency / computer literacy

·         Willingness to travel
